Tofu and Cabbage
Tofu with Chinese-inspired marinade, and sautéed cabbage.
I marinated the tofu in a mixture of soy sauce, hoisin, oyster sauce, sriracha, dark sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar with ginger and granulated roasted garlic. Sautéed and put over sautéed cabbage, this came out very well.
