Still happy

Since May last year, my granddad has had a lot of bad luck - his first fall broke the top two vertebra in his spine, and caused an onset of dementia, and many more falls have followed. This then led on to him being placed in a full time care home - he barely has any idea where he is, or who we are any more, but he does know that he loves us all, as that is one of the only things he says nowadays. This smile shows he still knows me, somewhere deep down! :)
