Day 59/24 Peace

What a joy this morning to sit on a bench and just watch the sea and the birds flying so freely. I couldn't ask for a better start to the day. I just wish we were allowed out to exercise in the evenings too.
I force myself on Sunday to have a day off housework and gardening (not always easy!!) and just read, knit or whatever.
I have listened to the weekly sermon from our Church, plus another from a friend's church, so have much food for thought....
Grateful today for technology to keep us in touch (this seems to be a never ending gratitude of mine!) I look forward to a good chat with my kids when they wake up later....time zones can be a challenge.
