Pheasant's Eye

Once again I have been catching up with the temperature blanket and only have eight rows until it is up-to-date.
 
Today’s picture is of some Pheasant’s Eye flowers; I am assuming that is what they are. I am not sure why they are flowering in May as the others in the garden bloomed in March! Until I loaded it to blip, I had not noticed the insect on the flower.

The temperature was eighteen degrees Celsius at GMT noon.
