FAMILY

For so many people being separated from family has been so so difficult.
Today The Rev and I popped over to my sister in law to give her her birthday gift. We usually see them twice a month but the last time was January and last year for my 2 nieces. It was great that my younger niece came with her little cutie. They also haven’t seen each other for several weeks. Strange strange world. We took our own cuppa and sat at a distance in their front garden. She was so happy.
Then J came over and we had Sunday dinner at a distance....dying to give him a hug.
An evening stroll at sunset finished off a day appreciating simple things during lockdown.
