Summer Again....!!

What an absolutely beautiful day...amazing how it can change from one thing to another so fast this time of year...
This tree is in my neighbors garden and it looked good against the sky today...
Had a lazy day today...in a lot of pain with all muscles ‘screaming’ ....walked a bit too far yesterday uphill...! I find this ‘flare-up’ pain very frustrating and limits so much now what I can do.....but there’s nothing for it but very hot showers ...rub in the gel and rest....oh and the drugs but only when absolutely necessary..!!
