A Man's Best Friend

Tonight (last night) is the first night that I've invited Felix to sleep in my bedroom. He choose the floor rather than his bed that I brought up. In fact it's the first time I've invited any dog. He's a Romanian rescue dog we've had since just before lockdown and has the most gentle, undemanding loving character.

By contrast Enzo our pedigree long haired Jack Russell, was brought to us by a friend living in the French Alps, had always slept in our /my wife's bed. We've been sleeping separately since my current poor health. Only seemed fair, but he's invited to sleep on the floor...plus I've been wanting him to!
