Had a bonza day today at Lake Louise with a crew 6 strong. We hit some varied terrain and quite a few park laps and the sun also made its usual appearance. The park line built so far at the Lake is epic, I could lap that all day!

After taking the GoPro and filming all day this is all I got. Painful. Ready for CT scan early in morning and did well masking it out today. : ) Appointment with ENT booked! woo.
