It’s a take on paella, but with pasta instead of rice. We used chicken instead of squid and chicken stock instead of fish stock. But we can break the rules.

As, it seems, can those who run the country. The difference is, of course, we’re just making dinner. They are setting an example. And it doesn’t look good, but they’ve told us, in terms, they don’t care about how it looks.
