Standing Guard

I just love the contrast of all these massive man-made pieces (the building, the stepped approach and sidewalk) with the magical, vine-covered ancient tree. Its presence is ever so appropriate: this building houses the biological sciences department.

A long, long day. Feels even longer since I am fighting a bit of a bug, which I hope to shake before is turns into something nasty.
