With lock down, the leisure centre and pool were closed.The carparks, which have no gates, were not, and became popular with people using the  space at the rear of the council owned stadium for exercise and access to open countryside. When the rules changed and we were allowed to drive anywhere for exercise, some genius has decided that the carparks must close and barriers have been erected!
Ps. It's just occurred to me that they had heard that Cummings was coming.
