Sailing

The Boy was part of a youth team last summer.  Their boat went back onto the water yesterday (Saturday) and he was invited to reunite with his crew to sail the boat round from Falmouth to it's mooring at Durgan.  Mr Roly and I watched them come up the Carrick Roads and set off across Falmouth Bay in glorious sunshine.  I think it is The Boy helming at this point - they tried very hard to maintain social distancing, the rest of his team all live in the same house so could sit together.

The afternoon was spent pottering then after tea we loaded the kayaks into the Venga Bus and all headed to Castle for kayaking and swimming.  I made it to waist deep but it was chuffing cold!
