A good day for road biking

Started the day off in Birdingbury - first time I'd seen Pat in absolutely ages we went on our favourite bike ride - it was gorgeous cycling weather. I so enjoyed it about 6 pm I went out again over hatton way - i felt tired in my legs though and got a little sun burnt on my arm

Started the thesis I have to viva on Friday - at least its a start
