I ran into this lovely old girl on a walk to look for warblers. She was a rescue from a breeder who had bred her for pups for several years and had no more use for her.  How sad is that?  The lady who owns her now, wanted a Shepherd and a senior - a match made in heaven!

An official heat warning was declared today...meaning that we are officially into a heatwave.  I am quite loving that summer time feeling  :)
