Roast pork belly
Had roast pork belly again, as that is the only type of roast (with crackling) that you can easily buy here at the butcher's.
Trying something new next Sunday though: I've plucked up the courage to ask the butcher for a shoulder of pork, no bone, skin on. A cut of pork our Dutch butcher has never been asked for before. Will let you know if it worked out!
