The Culprit.

I drew a black line on my arm last night, so I could tell how far the infection was going.

When I got up, it was still in the same place,  all good I thought, at least it's not spreading.

At 1.30pm, it had spread, by a couple of inches.  I phoned the doctor.

By 3.30pm when I saw the doctor, it had spread another couple of inches.  He told me to go to Emergency.

Alexandra took me, and I was seen quite quickly.  I was taken through to the short stay ward.  Then I had an x-ray, blood tests etc.

And then a doctor told me I had to stay in overnight and I may need surgery, to flush out the bacteria!

With that I sent Alexandra home, and I went up to a ward.
