Warhol-inspired

A long run today - we set off from home to run round to Nichol end - and continued round the lake and back through Great Wood and Castlehead. Managed just over 11 miles with no pain in the Achillies - I think it might be better?

Spent the rest of the day working on YouTube videos - including this one which shows a Marmite jar (shot at breakfast) making it's appearance as a Warhol style print.
