Dornoch Beach

After many exhilarating perambulations around Edinburgh, Rose and I headed north to visit my parents in Sutherland. The weather was pretty miserable but R kept reminding me that she had come from 47 degree heat and a little rain was most welcome.

We took a run through to Dornoch, sang a psalm in the Cathedral and had a bracing moment at the beach.
