Nest building again

Not feeling any better, in fact I feel worse. When I breathe deeply it really hurts. I got very little sleep so was tired and grumpy for most of the day. 
Husband went into the garden to continue the onslaught of clearing the weeds and brambles and when he came in this female blackbird helped by clearing up some of the twigs left. Presumably she was either starting a new nest or adding to an existing nest....
