Milkweed Blossoms
I had to use google image search to identify these little white flowers. They are growing in our woods behind the bird feeders. Apparently, these are the only flowers in which monarch butterflies lay their eggs. Fingers crossed for a colorful summer.
I handheld the speed light over the flowers and took a series of shots using different settings. The numbers on the trigger range from 128 (least light) to 4 (brightest.) This shot was taken using 32. Lower numbers blew out the flower, and higher underexposed it.
