Scene of tranquility

Hard too believe that we're very close to the main A37, although you can hear some traffic noise it's not a lot. You wouldn't think the walls are wafer thin in a Victorian house. I'm certain that the neighbours ( the reason I'm moving) are doing there best to up the noise and be assholes. No sign of exchange of contracts though?
