Placek drozdzowy

I am positively thrilled to have successfully baked a yeasted sheet cake with cherries and crumble. This Polish specialty has always eluded me, until today. This one is vegan, so HD can have it (he has a diary allergy). I was ridiculously happy to have it come out just right.

Thanks to Dziadek Wojtek for the cookbook whose author created this recipe on her blog, which I tracked down because her recipes are so ridiculously awesome overall.
