Lonely duckling

A lovely sunny day and the strong winds had finally dropped. Saw this mother and duckling when we were out for our walk.

In the afternoon I did some more weeding while Dennis finished scrubbing the paving slabs - they look almost as good as new now! I gave Dennis a haircut - it's not too bad...

Took advantage of the warm day to wash curtains. Could really do with some new ones. Phoned mum just before teatime.
