Wide Looking Down Wednesday

Looking down on a new garden we are developing. We intend to plant 2 or 3 more standard Rose's and some ground cover type plants on the top tier. The bottom tier has a pomegranate tree and we aren't sure what else to plant. I am open to suggestions.
