looking down on the corner of a parking lot traffic island with a boulder on it to stop the 4wd brigade cutting corners,

Yellow a sign of lichen.   Not affecting the rock much.

Red the sign of a skateboarder last weekend,  who introduced himself today as it's victim.    Did not affect the rock much.  

Footprints presumably of the guy who put the rock there!

X maybe marks the spot where the engineer/architect said the rock should go? Did not affect the rock much.
