Birthday present again!

Ridiculously long and busy day at work today in obstetrics. Lots of electives and lots of emergencies plus planning and organising a move to David Beevers this weekend as one theatre needs maintenance plus governing body meeting. Came home shattered and this was in the post. The second of 6 monthly Brownies from the Tootles. Literally demolished it with a huge smile on my face!!
