Grandma!

Mum looked a little bit ridiculous in her mask, but we didn’t care because it meant we could take Grandma for an outing in the car! We went to the village where she and Grandpa grew up, which means a long drive through the beautiful spring landscape. 

We went to visit Grandpa’s grave with flowers, and then drove around to places that she remembered from her childhood. And - she had brought me a very special picnic surprise! One of her homemade Alice meatballs! We were all SO happy!
