Westward Ho.

Blipped whilst taking my prescribed early morning exercise.
Today was a 30 mile spin out to the coast and back.
This evening I completed my first “sea swim”, a tad chilly but nicely invigorating and made all the nicer by sharing a flask of tea with my friend Sally. (at a distance of course)
