Busy skies

9 Red Arrows roaring over the house this morning announced their presence. I grabbed the camera and spent some considerable time at the front of the house trying to capture them as the did their stuff!! They were a bit out of range most of the time, but this was them at their closest. Number 9 was a bit behind so missed this shot. 

B helped me tidy up one of the narrow borders in the back garden which had over crowded bulbs and assorted tiny weeds growing through small stones!!!! A two person job to maintain enthusiasm !! Not finished yet, but progress made.

Sad news from A about her mum-in-law, makes you reflect on the situation at present and be grateful for what we have, rather than what we cannot do.
