Blue pools

3 of us went up to the Blue pools today, another cloudy day in Wanaka no sun so it was nice to see some sun.
A brand new car park at the pools as the old one couldn’t cope with all the tourist parking on the road which was quite unsafe, not sure i’m a fan of the new one as a new path had to be carved out of the bush, we saw quite a few little birds but thy weren’t cooperating. So a shot of the creek as it feeds into the river.
B went fishing and tells me a Fantail sat on the tip of his rod I rolled my eyes and walked off I have seen photos of this sort of carry on.
