I thought I’d treat us to these stocks in Waitrose - I always love their scent. When I went to pay the checkout operator said, ‘Have these on us’. I was stunned; last week they were giving a free hyacinth in a pot to shoppers. Such a generous gesture to cheer people up at this time.
