The English countryside...

...is looking particularly lovely at present. People say it is the best Spring they can remember, l suspect that is because we have the time to stand and stare. However it is beautiful, the hedgerows are full of songful birds and flowers and the sun shines every day from a blue, blue sky.
My Elderflower cordial is ready and in the fridge, it is beautifully refreshing diluted with sparkling water.
