two kids off today ~ beth seems to have a sore throat now too, although I think she probably could have been in school rather than sitting in bed watching friends all day. hopefully it's not building up to a cold like daisy's had. I can tell daisy is feeling better because she's been fighting with dougal (he won), arguing with me and eating sweeties...definitely on the mend.

I managed to get most of the tiling done around the stove this morning ~ it looks fantastic, I'm so pleased with the tiles! that's one more part of this house nearly done, loads more to do but it was always going to be a loooooong-term project!
