Tales from the river bank.

We went to M & S very early this morning to do the food shop. The first hour is for the elderly & vulnerable, which is us. All went well, and we  were on our way home in no time at all. We did take the slightly longer route home, and it was so good to see the sea, if only from a distance. Our g/daughter wanted us to get her some caffeine free Earl Grey tea bags, so when I phoned her to tell her we were home  she came up to collect them. She sat in the garden for a chat and it was so lovely to see her. We will be out clapping  for carers tonight, which will be the last time I believe.
