Today is going to be awesome

After yesterday's 90 mile ride from central CT to central MA, which also included over 6000 feet of climbing, I was expecting to be quite sore.

Guess what? I'm not.

This is a great thing. It shows to be that I have been training and it is paying off.

I went to bed nice and early last night and woke up with 9 hours of sleep.

As I stood in the miror getting ready for class today... I saw myself rocking out.

Yup, it's gonna be a great day.
