Swan

After a lovely lie in i decided i need a breath of fresh air so i pulled on my wellies and took myself off to my park. It was a cold dull afternoon but i love walking round the lake and watching the ducks and geese squabbling whilst the swans glide past rather arrogantly.
On my return the postman delivered the latest round of correspondence from my solicitor with the results of the local environmental survey on my new property. Apparently it's in a past coal mining area but thankfully nothing out the ordinary has shown up.
I've still not got a date for moving yet as the vendors haven't found anywhere themselves to buy, but they are now considering going into rented accommodation to speed things up. Fingers crossed, i just want to get on with it now!!
