Birthday

 It is L's birthday today.  So she walked from her home on the ridge behind us, across the valley and up our hill and down the footpath to the farm.  I was able to greet her and gave her a small birthday celebration.  She has really taken up walking all the footpaths in the area and is enjoying it during lockdown.  I am really envious but I have problems with a knee and a hip on the same leg!  Really frustrating.  Lovely hot day.
