Summer morning light

When you're waiting and waiting what else can you do than trying to clear your mind by dabbling with images and textures ... A new bouquet arrived last night, mainly purple, consisting of all kind of allium flowers. One flower head broke off...

Around midday we both had had enough of the waiting and thus an email was sent if maybe they needed extra information. Some utter fool with a senior title at the Immigration Service replied in a way that made it clear he had not read anything we sent, or at least had not read it properly (he asked what the purpose was of the journey of the couple, if they were planning to stay in The Netherlands and whether they had the means to finance their stay). So that's another week wasted. Do these people have souls ? I could scream  and am getting angrier again every time I think about it ! It's another long weekend with Whit Sunday and Monday in The Netherlands, it's now 4 pm on a Friday, I guess that means we won't know anything new until after next Tuesday, when we'll have arrived in the month of June and Fumiko will have to start new  requests to have her visit pass to Singapore extended if at all possible. Although she was told last time that it wouldn't be possible unless they got married meanwhile (which wasn't and still isn't possible due to the lockdown !)
