Strumming on his grade 8

My son, E has been playing the guitar for only just over 2 years and his skills amaze me.
My limit is londons burning on the recorder!
But E, people have said has something special...
So a couple of weeks ago his teacher said he was more than ready for the grade 8 exam which i learnt was the highest grade!
Although im a great believer in you never stop learning i was quite impressed to hear he was ready for this after only 2 years of playing!
Anyway today the rock school grade 8 and CD arrived, straight in the CD it went, book open at the ready and 3 hours later a can now mimic the narrators voice this song is blah blah, one and two and three and..
I have a feeling im going to be rather aquainted with his book, but im very proud of his commitment!
