Strelitzia

Our first bird of paradise flower is in bloom and the next ones will follow soon. 

This morning I have entered for the first time the steps made yesterday into the Global Challenge App. Not easy to reach the desired daily level, when having a normal office day and a long commute. So we had an extra walk yesterday evening to reach a good level at least for the first day.
