Lettuce

Busy day again, but I managed to get what I needed to finish, finished. We are definitely making progress, and there are some great ideas for taking things further forward. 

Got home around 6;45. My daughter offered to make me her favourite Uni meal. Turns out its Korean pot noodle with a slice of cheese on top. Hmm. I had thought I'd taught her to cook....

The photograph is the veg trug I bought during the lockdown, and the lettuce I've been growing this year. Its doing really well. The leek is slightly hidden, but the re growing leek is still growing, and I have another two now with shoots. I kind of like the idea of regrowing veg.
