Four hour PhD viva this morning - she did good but exhausted me

Then straight into meetings till 5 pm - I forgot I had to tutor alfie in maths at 5 pm - he refused to let me see his face on the camera apparently he’d had a big barney with my brother over his x box use so wasn’t at his best

M then dragged me round for a 2 hr walk - now collapsed on the bed
