Elderflower

These Elderflower in our garden are really pretty. You can make an Elderflower ‘champagne’ or cordial from them. Graham used to make an Elderflower champagne many years ago, it was non alcoholic but very fizzy and tasty nevertheless ... maybe we’ll make some but at the moment we’re just enjoying the flowers.
