Elkington Park

There are several lovely parks in Balmain, but Elkington Park is my favourite.
As you can see, it was a beautiful Sydney day, with people out and about, enjoying it.
We're slowly emerging from the lockdown, but I still don't feel comfortable doing many things I once took for granted, like using public transport.

Anyway, our problems here seem trivial when compared to the dreadful situation in the States, with rioting now in many cities, to protest against the killing of George Floyd.
Even Donald Trump has described what happened to Floyd as a "very, very bad thing."
It's hard to see where it will all end, but the footage we're seeing here is chilling.
