Upside down world

The news is so sad at the moment
So here is a little vent

My broom is there for me to use
Destination to be peruse(d)

It's on its side in readiness
Can we escape this mad(i)ness?

Real people, when found, are kind, gentle and honest
Perhaps the media are hyping it up to test
Public fortitude

Whatever it is is making me twitchy
So, this blip became silly and witchy!
