In the shade, on the canal

It felt pretty hot again  today in the Scottish Highlands when I set out for my walk. It would have passed for a good day in August.  I did a curtailed route as I couldn't be bothered. On my way home some tipsy neighbours wanted me to take photos of them. I obliged, but when their demands escalated, I did a kind of tactical retreat. I've promised them some prints.
