Broom!

I walked around Downs Banks this morning, along with some of the cows that graze the area!

I then braved the garden centre at Trentham Gardens. Phew! It wasn't that busy and they'd got everything sorted with keeping your distance and paying.

And then I had my very first latte since the lockdown. Bliss! One of the cafes - Cadwallers - at the shopping village was open for takeaways. Other folks we re going for ice creams but I was looking forward so much to a good coffee. A real treat.

And finally an afternoon spent in the garden. Not the most exciting day but you have to take simple pleasures at present.
