Iris for Flower Friday

Our irises are almost past their prime so I thought I would have another go at them with the camera.  This is pretty much SOOC, taken with the Lensbaby Sweet 35 optic and Composer Pro II.

Feeling a bit discouraged by what is going on here in the U.S. - I am zapped of energy and just don't seem to have words.  These are such sad and difficult times for so many people.
