Sacred Cow

Managed a fairly reasonable 29.54 mile bike ride today and passed these guys on one of the only flat areas of the ride. It was one of those low gear days today where my legs were pumping but wasn't going anywhere fast because of the elevation...hard going but got there in the end with one or two pit stops for water. Stunning weather yet again :)
