Wild Yellow Iris

I was down to the allotment first thing this morning so I could plant out the mange tout before it became too hot.  It took some time to find room on the plot but this was finally achieved.

Late afternoon we went for a walk along the seafront which unsurprisingly was very busy especially the area around the main carpark.  Lots of activity in the sea with several swimmers and paddle board riding.  We walked back along an inland route and met up with a fellow walker also taking a quiet route on this busy day.  These Wild Irises were growing along the edge of a small water channel.

Just watched the ISS pass under the moon following the launch of the Space X Shuttle
